"Phil has helped me overcome feelings of pain and despair around injustice. We had 6 or so sessions to help me overcome anger when dealing with unfair people. I learnt how to pause and respond rather than react and explode, and to use breathing techniques to help activate my para-sympathetic nervous system. This helps us to apply objective, evidence based information to our situation and respond in an appropriate way. I also found Phil to be very calming and supportive.In these challenging times when relationships need a bit more patience, I have found our Zoom sessions very helpful".
