My approach to supporting clients has been developed over the past 15 years. Therapy sessions may include one or all of the following approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and / Mindfulness. Ultimately it's important to find the approach that works best for you!
I'll provide you with support throughout the period of your therapy. Sessions can be face-to-face or via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. My current practice is based in Central London (Postcode: EC1M 5QL)and is a few minutes walk from Farringdon Station.
