I've supported clients over many years through the unique combination of  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness. The combination of these therapeutic techniques provides you with a tried and tested  approach to managing emotional and behavioural challenges.

My approach to supporting clients has been developed over the past 15 years. Therapy sessions may include one or all of the following approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and / Mindfulness.  Ultimately it's important to find the approach that works best for you!

I'll provide you with support throughout the period of your therapy. Sessions can be face-to-face or via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. My current practice is based in Central London (Postcode: EC1M 5QL)and is a few minutes walk from Farringdon Station.
