Body & Soul Charity

Between 2010-2023 I was privileged to provide therapeutic support to vulnerable adults and adolescents at Body & Soul, a a charity dedicated to improving the lives of children, young people and families facing adversity and trauma.


MindSET is Body & Soul’s digital resource for young people to improve mental health and wellbeing. Adversity and trauma have a huge impact on our physical and mental health which is why we have developed an effective way to share skills, understanding and support that enables you to develop your own resilience.

Philip's Mindfulness sessions were delivered through the Body & Soul's MindSET initiative

  • These Mindfulness sessions were designed to support vulnerable adolescents however the discussions and message can apply to anyone who needs some help
  • Each session included a discussion about the topic, some 'hints & tips' for self improvement and a short mindfulness exercise at the end
  • Sessions were 15-20 minutes in length.
